Here you are.

Just looking for a therapist shows you hope to make a change. I’m a realistic optimist: I believe good things are coming your way, but it takes work to make them happen. Growth and change are actual possibilities by working on the self and holding onto hope.

I keep hope in the therapy room when you can’t.

Therapy is where we can hold ourselves accountable, feel heard, and be cared for as we make conscious changes for ourselves and our relationships. Hope is something we can hold onto while we do the hard work of conscious adulting and taking responsibility for ourselves.

Clients I have worked with are:

  • Individuals struggling with self-worth, shame, and dysfunctional relationships that they want to understand better

  • Couples with cross-cultural disconnect and communication barriers affecting their relationships and functioning

  • Parents with prenatal and postpartum issues

  • People experiencing fear, stress, depression, anxiety around birth, new roles, and family adjustment

  • Families with chronic health issues in children

  • Struggling with Diagnosis trauma and Anticipatory Grief (and how it affects the entire family)

  • Individuals and couples seeking a bilingual therapist (English/Spanish)

Please email or contact me and we can set up a free 30-minute consultation appointment.

Let’s briefly meet and talk about your goals in therapy.
